Exchange and refunds

Refunds and exchanges are valid up to 30 days after purchase date.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered when goods are identified as damaged or not fit for purpose when collected or delivered.

Please be aware it is the customers responsibility to check all materials at the time of collection or delivery for any defaults. Any damages after materials have been collected or delivered will not be refunded or exchanged.

Condition of sale

Please note that timber is a natural material and sometimes can be prone to warping/twisting. We take every possible step to avoid this but occasionally can happen to this natural material.

Although our timber is pressure treated and treated brown we would recommend regular maintenance to your timber to ensure you extend the longevity of material.

No refund or exchange will be given unless notified at point of receipt of materials.
